I always look forward to your blogs, Dan, and this one was certainly worth the wait. An incredibly intensive time in SK and sincerely told.

    Hey buddy.
Glad you got something good from your trip here. It’s a different atmosphere without you, and the kids sure do miss you. They talk about your golden hair and windbreaker nose all the time!

Love it…. you’re back! That kitchen was bigger than Great Northern Road so you were super spoilt. AND laughed at loud to you being “difficult” not like you at all. As we keep dancing in sunny Scotland, keep writing. Love Emma xx

Dan, that’s a great personal account of your time in Korea. It shows real tenacity to keep going and hold true to your values. It also gives a good insight into a society driven by results rather that creativity and respect for the individual. Good luck with your trip through the Americas, keep safe.

Thanks Gerry. Patience, understanding, courage and determination are what I aspire to gain from this trip. South Korea was a good place to practice most of them! Cheers, Dan

Brutally honest and fascinating. Note – Clare employed the same method with the education establishment here for many years – it works and when you get results they leave you alone, mostly.
